New Flavors at the Top Of Vermont
The Cliff House Restaurant is distinctively situated at 3,625 feet atop Mount Mansfield. Under the management of Brian Clark and Chef Jeff Egan, the new Cliff House serves the freshest seasonal and artisan Vermont products.
Renovations to the Cliff House include an all new beautiful and rustic interior. Both the interior and outdoor deck areas have been expanded, with seating for up to 90 guests in the winter and an additional 40 seats outside. The kitchen has been completely modernized and reconfigured to create an ‘open-view’ to the dining room and front row seating of six at the bar. A new arrival area was created with a wood-finished coat & gear room and new bathroom facilities.
Menu selections at the Cliff House include lamb from Winding Brook Farm, vegetable from Pete’s Greens, chicken from Misty Knoll Poultry, and Vermont cheese makers from Grafton Village, Vermont Butter and Cheese Company and Taylor Farm. Be sure to try the Crêpe of the Day featuring the best of seasonal and local offerings from around New England. A variety of appetizers, sandwiches, children’s menu items, deserts and spirits are also available. The famous Summit Series Dinners are being offered on select Saturday nights.
