Located at the base of Mount Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak, Stowe Mountain Resort truly combines all of the elements of a world class resort and meeting facility. Here you will find the range of meeting facilities, lodging, dining and recreational opportunities to satisfy every need and interest. Get out of the office space and into the open space!
- The Toll House Conference Center, located adjacent to The Inn at the Mountain, offers approx. 4000 sq. ft. of meeting spaces.
- Mt. Mansfield Room and the adjacent Terrace Garden sit center stage in the Conference Center and are complimented by 4 smaller meeting rooms.
- The Inn at the Mountain has additional breakout and function rooms for up to 100 persons.
- Midway Lodge, located at the base of the Gondola, has 3840 sq. ft. of meeting space.
- Jose's Cantina, located in the Midway Lodge, has space for up to 150 people.
- Stowe Country Club has up to 700 sq. ft. of meeting space, and is the perfect location for popular on the course meetings.
- The Cliff House, which sits at the top of the gondola at an elevation of 3625', was completely renovated for 2005. Features over 2000 sq. ft. of meeting space with spectacular views of the Green Mountains and Stowe village below.
- The Stowe Mountain Lodge,
located at the base of Spruce Peak, offers programs and amenities designed to be as unique as the groups that we cater to with 12,100 sq. ft. of meeting space including unique Vermont inspired surprises.
Our unique dining options for your group include:
- The Stowe Country Club Dining Room and Kirkwood's Pub offer a range of dining options and a convenient course side location.
- The Cliff House Restaurant is the most spectacular setting for an event or dinner in New England. Starting with the Gondola Skyride to the acclaimed gourmet menu, the Cliff House is a "must-do" experience.
- The Fireside Tavern, located at The Inn at the Mountain, offers a cozy dining experience and a convenient ski in/out location for winter meetings.
- Solstice, located at the Stowe Mountain Lodge, where food goes beyond sustenance and becomes art.
- Hourglass, named for one of Stowe's most venerated backcountry ski trails, Hourglass bar serves regional microbrews, designer cocktails and rare wines by the glass, as well as creative tapas made from local, natural and sustainable ingredients.
Our extraordinary wine cellar offers hard to find bottles from small-production vineyards throughout the world, with a focus on organic and biodynamic wines.
Afternoon Alpine Tea is available for a refreshing midday break with an assortment of homemade sweets and savory treats, and our menu of Vermont-made teas. An outdoor terrace overlooking Spruce Peak mountain and the golf course at Stowe Mountain Club is Stowe's most highly-coveted location for a true apres ski and apres golf experience.

A proposal will be provided detailing all of our services and policies. This will include information regarding event details, room blocks, menu confirmations and deposit/payment schedules.
